PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically movable suspension device of a vehicular seat for improving a seating feeling by securing the thickness of a cushion material by reducing the size while lowering the height of a mechanism part of the suspension device. SOLUTION: This vertically movable suspension device S has a support part 11 arranged between the vehicular seat and a car body, and movably supporting the vehicular seat in the vertical direction by tilting and rising around a rotational fulcrum, and a torsion coil spring 13 for applying elastic force to the support part 11, and is constituted so that the support part 11 is provided with at least a first holding part 12a for holding the torsion coil spring 13 wound in the rotational direction of the support part 11 toward a support part 11 side end part from a coil part 13c along at least one of a front edge part or a rear edge part of the vehicular seat, and a second holding part 12c for holding the support part 11 side end part of the torsion coil spring 13 in a position for moving in the winding direction of the coil part 13c when the support part 11 tilts around the rotational fulcrum.
