<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning material, capable of extracting components in a good efficiency, having a high flavor, sweet taste, less bitterness and a palatable taste. <P>SOLUTION: This seasoning material is produced by blending an extracted component from a food material obtained by blending one kind or more of dried fishes, small boiled and dried sardines and seaweed, with water obtained by desalinizing deep sea water by using a reverse osmosis membrane and having ≤1,000 ppm total harness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
