<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame-containing liquid seasoning material containing sesame paste, rich in sesame flavor, complementing original properties and flavor of the sesame, without separating the sesame paste over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: This sesame-containing liquid seasoning material is obtained by incorporating modified starch to a liquid seasoning material containing the sesame and adjusting the contents of the sesame paste and the modified starch to 6-25 wt.% and 2-5 wt.%, respectively.
