PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a constitution which can use a semiconductor laser having no PD in an equal package while being hardly changed from a conventional scanner box. SOLUTION: A folding mirror is made a half mirror. A quantity of light of beams passing through the half mirror is detected by a PD sensor, thereby controlling a quantity of laser light.
