PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding seat of which sufficiently thick seat cushion can be smoothly folded to be stored in a storage under a floor on the rear side. SOLUTION: A lower part of a backrest 1a is rotatably supported on a body 22 through a hinge bracket 4, and a front part of the seat cushion 1b is rotatably supported by a first link 3a to the body 22. A rear part of it is pivotally attached to the lower part of the backrest 1a by a second link 3b, and a pivotal attachment part 11d of the seat cushion 1b to the second link 3b is engaged with a horizontal guide hole 5 formed in the seat cushion 1b. As the backrest 1a is fallen forward, the guide hole 5 is guided by the pivotal attachment part 11d to slide rearward and downward till the seat cushion 1b is stored in the storage 30 under the floor on the rear side.
