PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance as a temperature regulating seat without increasing costs and lowering assembling ability due to the increase of the number of parts and the occurrence of a trouble that an adverse influence is exercised on temperature regulation operation on a seating person from a seat back by an exhaust heat from a temperature regulating unit. SOLUTION: In a fan type temperature regulating seat, the temperature regulating unit 5 provided with a Peltier element 3 and a air flow fan 4 is coupled to the inner surface of a seat back board 11. A suction port 11A to the temperature regulating unit 5 and a discharge port 11C are formed in the seat back board 11 and an exhaust duct 13 running from an exhaust passage 5B of the temperature regulation unit 5 to an discharge port 11C is integrally equipped.
