<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen of a simple structure housing a ball-point pen refill arranged inside a barrel without fear about the shaking of the refill. <P>SOLUTION: In the ball-point pen housing a ball-point pen refill consisting of an ink storage tube filled with an ink for a writing utensil, inside a barrel, a connecting member is connected to the tip part and/or the rear end part of the barrel so that the tip part or the rear end part of the connecting member is positioned inside the barrel, and a split part is formed at the end part of the connecting member positioned inside the barrel. In addition, the inside diameter of the tip part or the rear end part of the connecting part where the split part is formed, is set smaller than the outside diameter of the ink storage tube, and the refill is housed in the ball-point pen by spreading wide the end part of the connecting member with the formed split part to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
