PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide laminated film excellent in adhesiveness, especially water-resistant adhesiveness, good in bending fatigue resistance and transparency, having effect for preventing bag bursting at the time of boiling treatment, retorting treatment or processing or transport of a commodity when used as various packing materials, having good processability in a process of printing, lamination or the like and suitable for use in packaging. SOLUTION: A thin film layer, which comprises a polyamide copolymer or a mixed polymer of 6 wt.% or more of the polyamide copolymer and 94 wt.% or less of an aliphatic polyamide, is stacked on at least one surface of a substrate layer comprising a polyamide polymer containing an aliphatic polyamide as a main constituent.
