PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portion container for a flowable food having high extrusion efficiency not forming clearance between a container body and a lid when pressing a portion extrusion container and its extruder. SOLUTION: The inner width H of a horizontal part 30 of a portion container 25 is made wider than the outside width h of a horizontal part 35. A portion container installation tool 17 is provided in the extruder 1. A groove-shaped recessed part 24 for housing an overlapped part between a container body 26 and a lid 32 is provided in the installation tool 17 and the horizontal part 30 of the container body 26 and an upper side protruded part 19 fitted into the horizontal part 35 of the lid 32 superposed on the horizontal part 30 are formed on the installation tool 17. A compression deforming part 38 is housed in a space S produced by changing gradient angles of gradient parts 14 and 23 between the installation tool 17 and the pressing tool 11. A spherical surface top is provided in the pressing tool 11 so that the flowable food can feed to a discharge port 33 provided in the center of the lid 32 in compression. The pressing tool 11 is made attachable to an upper jaw body 2 and the installation tool 17 is made attachable to the lower jaw body 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
