PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush rubber goods waste including metallic reinforcing material with a cutting means. SOLUTION: A cutting type crushing apparatus comprises: a plurality of rotary blades 1 and 1' arranged at equal intervals on the outer circumferential surface of a rotor 3 driven by an electric motor 5 or the like and provided radially to the axial center of the rotor 3; two fixed blades 2 and 2' provided so as to oppose the rotary blades 1 and 1' and provided in the position of nearly 180°symmetry around the rotary shaft of the rotor 3; a screen 4 arranged to the lower half side of the rotor 3 between these two fixed blades 2 and 2' leaving a predetermined gap between the screen 4 itself and the circle of the blade edge of the rotary blades 1 and 1' and provided almost concentrically to the circle of the blade edge of the rotary blades 1 and 1'; and a workpiece feeder 6 provided between the two fixed blades 2 and 2' and formed so that a predetermined workpiece 9 is supplied to the upper side of the rotor 3.
