SOLUTION: This hybrid compressor device has a compressor 140 to compress a coolant, the motor 1340 to actuate the compressor 140 and an interrupting means 120 to interrupt driving force of the vehicle engine 10, the compressor 140 is actuated by the driving force of the vehicle engine 10 by connecting the interrupting means 120 in the case when a heat load of a freezing cycle device 200 is within a specified range on the high load side and the compressor 140 is actuated by the motor 130 by mainly separating the interrupting means 120 even in the case when the vehicle engine 10 works in the case when the heat load of the freezing cycle device 200 is on the low load side from the specified range by a control means 150.
