PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mycorrhiza organizer protecting mycelia in mycorrhiza fungus inoculum from microorganism inhibiting the growth of hyphae in the mycorrhiza fungus inoculum and the formation of mycorrhizae or insects in soil while the mycorrhizae is formed after inoculating the mycorrhiza fungus inoculum by an easy method to the roots of host plants, and securely forming mycorrhizae, and to provide a method for forming the mycorrhizae. SOLUTION: This mycorrhiza organizer is coated with a sheet. The sheet has such characteristics of transmitting water and nutriments necessary for the host plants to mycorrhizal fungus inoculum contact roots obtained by containing the roots of the host plants treated in a sterilized condition with the mycorrhiza fungus inoculum forming mycorrhizae, but preventing the microorganism inhibiting the growth of hyphae in the mycorrhiza fungus inoculum and the formation of mycorrhizae or the insects in soil from passing through.
