<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate endless resin belt and a method for manufacturing the endless resin belt at a low cost by shortening a molding time. <P>SOLUTION: An outside cylindrical body comprises a material having the coefficient of thermal expansion lower than that of the material of an inside cylindrical body is fitted to the outer periphery of a tubular or sheetlike film after the tubular film is fitted to the outer periphery of the inside cylindrical body or the sheetlike film is wound around the outer periphery of the inside cylindrical body, and the inside cylindrical body, the tubular or sheetlike film and an outside cylindrical body are heated to mold the endless resin belt. The endless belt is molded using a cylindrical body wherein a layer of which the reflectivity to light having a wavelength of 700-1,100 nm is 20% or less and the surface roughness Ra is 0.02-50 μm is provided to the inside surface of the inside cylindrical body, the outside surface of the outside cylindrical body or both of them.
