<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference for judgmental not belonging to an individual by display the quality of cooking oil at the time of use, in a fryer which requires a user to know the quality of the oil. <P>SOLUTION: An oil quality sensor 21 can output a change in the quality of cooking oil in the form of electric information by exposing a sensing part to the cooking oil inside an oil pan 12 installed inside a fryer body 11.
