<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mixing of a large quantity of a recovered plastic material, to coat the necessary place of an appearance part by virgin plastics, to ensure good moldability and peeling resistance even if there is componential difference between the virgin material and the recovered material, and to also ensure the same coating properties, heat resistance strength, gloss, touch or the like as a product only comprising the virgin material. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a molded article by mixing the ground matter of the virgin plastic material and the ground matter of the recovered plastic material, the surface of the molded article is covered with the ground matter high in the ratio of the virgin material. While the ratio of both ground matters is changed so that the ratio of the recovered material rises as going away from the surface of the molded article, these ground matters are charged in a mold 24 to be molded by a heating pressure molding machine 22.</p> |
