PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing green tea by using Ixeris dentata as a main ingredient, and persimmon leaf powder, citric acid and Perilla frutescens var. acuta powder. The manufactured green tea product has bioactivating activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing green tea of Ixeris dentata is characterized by the steps of: heating roots of Ixeris dentata in a steamer for 80 minutes, followed by drying and pulverization; drying whole Ixeris dentata and followed by pulverization; adding the whole Ixeris dentata powder with the Ixeris dentata root powder, persimmon powder, citric acid, Perilla frutescens var. acuta powder, fructose; and packing the mixture thereof into a tea bag.
