<p>The invention concerns a method for managing data for forming hidden files called cookies (C) associated with domain names, each domain corresponding to a service whereto a server is connected (SD1) (SD2), the set of services being provided by a common service provider, a cookie being registered on a client station using a service through said server. The invention is characterised in that it consists in centralising on a master server (SC) called cookie server, data concerning client stations (NC) for connections during which said client stations have not been identified by the requested service and in redistributing said data for connections by the client station to other services supplied by the same provider.</p> |
