PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof cover structure which is capable of being easily formed at a low cost and has a high soundproof effect. SOLUTION: A soundproof cover body 10 is installed on a periphery of a sound generating source 1 by integrally making an exterior member 11 formed with a hard material and interior member 12 formed with a soft material in two-color formation. The exterior member 11 of a hard member, in which mica as a flat series filler is added, is formed by thermoplastic resin. The interior member 12 of a soft member, in which butyl rubber is included in a soft segment of a thermoplastic elastomer, is formed by the thermoplastic elastomer. Further, the interior member 12 forms an uneven surface on an inner peripheral surface, and is arranged to keep in contact with the sound generating source 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
