PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling vibration isolation system capable of installing a lower plate on a lower structure potion such as a foundation or the like even though an upper plate is not moved against the lower plate at a lateral direction. SOLUTION: The upper plate 5 is arranged by a square plate at a sideview, and the lower plate 4 is arranged by a round plate at a sideview. Four corners of the square plate 5 have protrusions 5b... respectively sticking outward than a periphery of the round plate 4, the periphery of the round plate 4 has protrusions 4b... sticking outward than a periphery of the square plate 5 at respective center portions of four sides of the square plate 5, and the protrusions 4b... of the lower plate 4 become an installation portions for the lower structure portion. Further, an installing hole 10 is prepared on the protrusions 5b... of the upper plate 5, and the hole 10 is arranged as a through-hole with no threads.
