PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water insulation sheet spreading apparatus for a heated swimming pool capable of easily spreading the warm water insulation sheet and saving labour and time. SOLUTION: A pair of rails 2 for moving the insulation sheet is installed perpendicularly to both the ends of a pair of trolley suspension rails 1; trolleys 5 connected with ropes 11 each having a length equal to an interval of the insulation sheet are erected in a movable manner; the rope 10 raising or lowering the insulation sheet is tensed from the trolley through fittings 4 installed to the insulation sheet and fittings 3 suspended from the trolley and guided by a winch and automatically pulls and raises the thermal insulation sheet.
