<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and simple method for forming an image suitably used for a reflection/transmission LCD, wherein the film thickness of a coloring layer is partially changed in one pixel, and to provide an easy and simple method for forming a spacer and an orientation control projection. <P>SOLUTION: As for the image forming method of exposing and developing a base having a 1st negative photosensitive resin layer and a 2nd negative photosensitive resin layer through a photomask, the photomask is provided with at least two kinds of light transmissive patterns, and also, the photosensitivity ratio (1st/2nd) of the 1st negative photosensitive resin layer to the 2nd negative photosensitive resin layer is >1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
