PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an electronic part to transfer heat generated by the electronic part to other useful energy without further requiring power. SOLUTION: A fluid conduit 16 that forms a channel of a fluid 13 is coupled to the electronic part 12, which generates heat that causes convection of the fluid 13 within the conduit 16, in a way capable of heat conduction. An energy converter 28 coupled to the conduit 16 for further process generates energy according to the convection of the fluid 13. A heat exchanger 54 coupled to the conduit 16 for further process accelerates the convection of the fluid 13 by receiving the heat from the conduit 16 and dissipating the heat from the fluid 13.
