PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the throughput of a stem by executing busy-locked resource using processing only in a specific processor and increasing a hit rate of a cache memory. SOLUTION: When executing each instruction specified by information fetched from a general process queue 12, a general process executing means 5 does not execute the instruction but registers information about the instruction in a busy-lock-dedicated process queue 13 if the instruction is a locking instruction starting busy-locked resource using processing. When executing each instruction specified by information fetched from the busy-lock-dedicated process queue 13, a busy lock executing means 6 does not execute the instruction but registers information about the instruction in the general process queue 12 if the instruction is an unlocking instruction finishing busy-locked resource using processing.
