PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition excellent in transparency, low crystallizability, melt viscoelasticity, heat resistance and molding processability. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition (C) comprises a polyester resin (A) having a cyclic acetal skeleton and a polyester resin (B) having no cyclic acetal skeleton. The sum of the ratio of dicarboxylic acid units having the cyclic acetal skeleton to the whole dicarboxylic acid constituent units and the ratio of diol units having the cyclic acetal skeleton to the whole diol constituent units is≥0.05 mol%.
