PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a flexible polyester decorative sheet suitably used for a wall covering material, which has a good touch feeling, scarcely causes wrinkles nor cracks when applied, nor scarcely causes lifting, and of which the defective part is easily corrected by heating, and to provide the flexible polyester decorative sheet. SOLUTION: This composition for the flexible polyester decorative sheet comprises (A) 3-97 wt.% of a modified polyester resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not lower than -30°C but lower than 20°C, (B) 0-94 wt.% of a dimer acid-copolymerized polyester resin having a Tg of not lower than 20°C but lower than 50°C, and (C) 3-97 wt.% of a polyester resin having a Tg of not lower than 50°C but lower than 120°C, wherein the composition has a melt volume-flow rate of 1.0×10<SP>-4</SP>to 2.0×10<SP>-2</SP>cm<SP>3</SP>/s which is measured at a temperature of 170°C and a pressure of 4.9 MPa by using a die having a hole of 1 mm in diameter and 10 mm in length according to Appendix C of JIS K 7210. The composition may further contain (D) 0.2-10 wt.% of a wax so as to have a melt volume-flow rate of 1.0×10<SP>-4</SP>to 5.6×10<SP>-3</SP>cm<SP>3</SP>/s.
