PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program table information distribution server capable of distributing program table information that can select a program with an access value.

SOLUTION: A monitor means 9 of a program distribution server 3 monitors a reproduction tendency (whether or not a program is reproduced to its end) of each user for the program. An arithmetic means 13 of a program table information distribution server 1 calculates the reproduction tendency information (e.g. a percentage of users viewing the program to its end among users selecting viewing of the program). A generating means 15 generates program table information including the reproduction tendency information. The program table information is distributed to a terminal 5 of a user in response to an access request of the program guide from the user.
