<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart device identification accompanying replacement of a component by replacement of a device identification setting part by fitting a device identification storage part to each component being a replacement unit of a device and storing into the device identification storage part the device identification setting part which can be removed for replacement. <P>SOLUTION: The device identification part which stores identification information on a device and is fitted to the device is equipped with the device identification setting part for setting the identification information to a component as a replacement unit constituting the device and a fitting part which stores the setting part and is fitted to the component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
