<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a substrate having resin sealing structure provided with high weather resistance and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate has a coated resin layer consisting of forming a resin layer on the substrate by using a coating device having a discharge means (202) for discharging a resin layer precursor at least to the substrate to be coated, a fixing board (204) for fixing the substrate, and a moving means (203) for moving either one of the discharge means (202) and the fixing board (204) in the horizontal direction. Dam members (205) are arranged in the vicinities of a pair of end sides of the substrate so that the resin layer precursor layers are piled up on the end sides of the substrate at the time of forming the resin layer precursor layer on the substrate, by discharging the resin layer precursor from the discharging means (202). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
