PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling route creation support apparatus by which a pleasure of going to a destination decided by a traveling route creation support server 1 is given to a user as far as possible.

SOLUTION: The traveling route creation support apparatus is constituted in such a way that the server 1 connected to a user terminal 2 via the Internet 6 receives a request from the user terminal 2 and that the server 1 decides the destination so as to be displayed on the user terminal 2 by excluding such institutions whose number of peripheral institutions existing within a prescribed distance is smaller than a prescribed number.
