PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the line of a more inexpensive using charge. SOLUTION: Mobile communication terminals (101-10N) can receive a plurality of mobile communication services MS1-MSn and transmit identification codes intrinsic to themselves when calling. Databases DB1-DBn are provided for the plurality of the mobile communication services MS1-MSn, acquire the intrinsic identification codes specifying the mobile communication terminals (101-10N) when calling by the mobile communication terminals (101-10N) is performed and store information regarding the charging of the mobile communication terminals (101-10N) in relation to the identification codes. A charging server TDB classifies charging information stored in all the databases DB1-DBn into the respective mobile communication terminals (101-10N) on the basis of the identification codes and generates the charging information for each user.
