PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrival mouth wall which is available in the pipe jacking method for sequentially connecting pipes such as water service pipes, sewage pipes, telegraph pipes, etc., to each other and laying the pipes in the ground, wherein the arrival mouth wall enables a leading body and propelling pipes to safely arrive at an arrival shaft. SOLUTION: The arrival mouth wall is available in the pipe jacking method, which is set in a front surface of the arrival shaft, for safe arrival of the leading body and the propelling pipes, to thereby prevent inflow of groundwater and earth and sand into the arrival shaft. According to the arrival mouth wall, a cutoff plate mounting fixture having a cylindrical body with a larger diameter than the outer diameter of the propelling pipe, and a flange formed on the entire periphery of the cylindrical body at a rear location thereof, is fixed to an earth retaining wall arranged in the front surface of the arrival shaft, and a cutoff plate having a smaller insertion hole than the outer diameter of the propelling pipe is fixed to the flange surface. Further, a binding member is annularly arranged at an intermediate portion of a peripheral wall surface of the cutoff plate, and a cutoff band is annularly arranged over the peripheral wall surface of the cutoff plate at an end thereof, to thereby abut the cutoff plate on the entire peripheral surface of the propelling pipe.
