ew pharmaceutical compositions which contain alendronic acid, as an active compound, in the form of its hydrous alendronates, in a particular combination with excipients and the use of mannitol as a diluting agent. The said pharmaceutical compositions will be prepared with a new production method, forming new carriers. The pharmaco-technical forms described are capsules, tablets as well as granules or powders for the preparation of drinkable emulsions in various compositions. |
