PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display having a power supply stabilizing circuit that generates less heat and capable of supplying a prescribed DC voltage for a DC input voltage including fluctuation portion keeping the size of circuit constitution as suppressed as it is under the restrictions of the limited size and cost.
