PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively compact acoustic device for urging the reproduction of middle and low frequency sound by flat frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: In the acoustic device (1, 1'), a tapered internal duct (3) using a flexible material or an internal partition (4) using the flexible material and installed so as to form a tapered space is attached inside an external duct (2). The whole or a part of the device is attached to a speaker unit (5) or assembled to an enclosure (6) to urge the reproduction of middle and low frequency sound ranges by flat characteristics without making a specified sound range resonate.
