PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire connection terminal capable of electrically connecting the wire connection terminal to an aluminum core wires of aluminum wire while effectively destroying an oxide film at the same time, and a wire connection structure obtained by conductively connecting the wire connection terminal to the aluminum wire. SOLUTION: The wire connection terminal is formed of a male screw terminal having a thread insert portion at one end, a polygonal fastening portion at the other end, and an insertion hole for inserting an aluminum wire at the central portion between the thread insert portion and fastening portion, and a female screw terminal having, at one end, a wire connection portion with a female hole for inserting the thread insert portion of the male screw terminal formed and a connection portion conductively connected to a matching connection portion at the other end. When an aluminum core is untwisted, and the thread insert portion is screwed into the female hole after the aluminum wire is inserted into the through hole, the aluminum core is compressed between an end surface of the thread insert portion and the deepest portion of the internally threaded hole while being twisted and rubbed, so that the aluminum wire is connected while breaking the oxide film.
