SMOKE SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke sensor which reduces malfunction due to drops of water entering the inner side. SOLUTION: A storage recessed part 4 is formed in a bottom wall 3a of a body 3 and an upper end part of a protection cover 9 which has a smoke sense part A inside is fitted in the storage recessed part 4. The smoke sense part A has a circuit board 5 where a smoke sense circuit sensing smoke entering a smoke sense chamber S is formed and an intermediate lid 15 arranged in an upper wall 4b of the storage recessed part 4 and the body 3 has terminal pin insertion holes 10 and 15a into which terminal pins 9 of the circuit board 5 are inserted. The upper wall 4b of the storage recessed part 4 and the intermediate lid 15 have tool insertion holes 4c and 15b for unlocking a step part 4a of the storage recessed part 4 from a lock pawl 8b of the protection cover 8 by inserting the tip of a tool. Here, a waterproof wall 4d is projected between the terminal pin insertion hole 10 and the tool insertion hole 3c on the top surface of the upper wall 4b of the storage recessed part 4 and an engagement recessed part 15e that engages the waterproof wall 4d is formed on the reverse surface side of the intermediate lid 15.
