PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous electric plating method in which the totally uniform plating of excellent yield can be performed without any irregular plating to any deformation or defective shape when plating a metal strip as a work. SOLUTION: When performing continuous electric plating of the metal strip, a plating cell having anodes which are divided into at least two portions in advance is used, and the current is independently controlled for each divided anode.
