PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit analysis model which can perform both transient analysis and AC analysis. SOLUTION: A circuit, to which a DC source is connected an input terminal VIN, is used as a circuit for transient analysis. The transition analysis is performed using this circuit. After completion of the transient analysis, a circuit to which an AC source is connected and the AC source and an output terminal VOUT are disconnected is used as a circuit for an AC analysis. Although two different circuits are used, by using a net list in common, both the transition analysis and the AC analysis can be performed automatically with a single setting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
