<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize radio equipment capable of ensuring satisfactory communication quality by taking into consideration a radio wave state between radio stations constituting a multihopping radio network and selecting a channel. <P>SOLUTION: This radio equipment is provided with a control part 10 for recording signal strength information indicating the receiving strength, at its own station, of a radio wave transmitted from an adjacent station with the signal strength information included in the adjacent station information, using a route search packet to search for a new route while giving priority to signal strength, receiving a route search packet to add information of its own station to the last of a relay station list of the route search packet, transferring the route search packet to the adjacent station, retrieving adjacent station information of its own station on the basis of a relay station list of the received route search packet, selecting the next relay station of its own station among adjacent stations while giving priority to the signal strength, obtaining an optimum relay route and notifying a transmission source of the route search packet of the obtained relay route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
