PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate malfunctions concerning a washer, and to securely lubricate the inside of a planetary gear mechanism. SOLUTION: This planetary gear mechanism 10 is provided with: a sun gear 11 having a communication passage 11b for discharging lubricating oil, a ring gear 12; four pinion gears 13, four pinion gears 14; a carrier 15 for integrally supporting the four pinion gears 14; and washers 18 and 19 arranged between the pinion gears 13 and the carrier 15. The carrier 15 has a slit 15f formed inward in the radial direction from a through hole 15b in the same plane with the communication passage 11b on a side opposite to the washer, and the washer 19 integrally has a regulation part 19a for regulating movement of the carrier 15 in the rotating direction and an extension part 19b extended inward in the radial direction from a geared surface of the pinion gear 13 from the through hole 15b.
