<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money collection agent system with an added function for easily tracing a series of action steps concerning the money collection capable of swiftly collecting money at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A commodity is shipped from a seller 1 to a purchaser 2 and received at the purchaser 2 side. At the time that the purchaser 2 side hands a deliverer a receipt of the received commodity, an account receivable for the seller 1 is generated. When money transfer of a step S4 is not completed for what ever reason, a request for collecting the money is performed by a money collection center 3. The request is delivered as a set of a request form with a receipt attached to it.
