PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the inspection of a concrete floor system part such as the RC floor system part of an RC elevated bridge or highway, etc., highly precisely and reasonably. SOLUTION: In the method of inspecting the concrete floor system part 4 on top of which a paving material 8 is laid, the paving material 8 generates heat for the floor system part 4. The paving material 8 is laid on top of the floor part 4, and by using the heat from the laid paving material 8, the distribution of temperature of the floor system part 4 is measured by a thermal infrared sensor 9.
