PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase space factor of a winding in relation to a status rod when a winding is conducted directly to teeth in a stator of a series-wound motor, thereby improving productivity. SOLUTION: An upper yoke 121 of a yoke 12 which has been divided into two sections, upper and lower, and teeth 13 of one half of the total number of teeth arranged at equal intervals are laminated integrally, which forms an integral core. Teeth cores 131 are laminated at bottom end faces of the teeth 13 of the bottom faces of the integral cores so as to have the same laminated thickness length as that of the divided yoke 12, thereby providing an upper core 101. After a lower stator core 102 is provided in the same manner as that of the foregoing upper stator core 101, and teeth undergo insulation and winding, respective teeth are arranged at equal intervals, an upper and lower yoke end faces are abutted so that teeth cores may be abutted into the bores of the other yoke, thereby assembling the upper stator and the lower stator. Consequently, space factor of the winding is increased, thereby improving productivity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
