PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device capable of detecting cutoff of water by means of a low-cost structure without using any flow rate sensor for preventing an instantaneous heating means from breaking. SOLUTION: This toilet device is provided with a nozzle means 8 jetting washing water to a target part, a water supplying means 10 for washing water, an instantaneous heating means 7 heating the washing water instantaneously into hot water, an efflux water temperature detection means 12 detecting a temperature of the washing water discharged from the instantaneous heating means 7, and a control means 13 controlling the water supply means 10 and the instantaneous heating means 7. The control means 13 is constructed so that it determines cutoff of water for stopping heating by the instantaneous heating means 7 when a temperature change above a predetermined value cannot be detected by the efflux water temperature detection means 12 and when fluctuation of detected temperature above a predetermined value cannot be detected during washing.
