<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution server whereby a user of a mobile terminal can simply select a video image that he/she wishes to view and the server can distribute the vide image desired by the user. <P>SOLUTION: The video distribution server 3 is provided with: a content description apparatus 2 for generating a plurality of magnified video images the center position of magnification in a scene of which differ from each other with respect to each scene of video images of a plurality of cameras and respectively generating an ordinary reproduced video image, a slow reproduction video image, and a special edit video image; a moving picture DB 32 for storing the video image generated by the content description apparatus 2; and a distribution server 31 for reading a corresponding video image from the moving picture DB 32 depending on a camera selected by a mobile terminal client 4, a magnified position in the image and a reproduction mode and distributing the video image to the mobile terminal client 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
