PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load module initialization method that can initialize by unit of partitioned function within each load module in a desired sequence. SOLUTION: In initialization starting parts 13-1 to 13-3, 23-1 to 23-3 of load modules 1-1, 1-2, priority setting parts 14-1 to 14-3, 24-1 to 24-3 are provided, and the priority of initialization is set. In priority management control parts 12, 22 of initialization control parts 11, 21, the initialization starting parts and their priorities are registered. In a load module management part 4 of a main initialization setting control part 3, a load module to be initialized is registered. By an instruction from a common platform 2, the main initialization control part 3 indicates a load module and a priority, the initialization control part of the indicated load module refers to the priority management control part, provides a starting instruction to the initialization starting part of the indicated priority, and initializes according to the priority sequentially.
