PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a means for associating data on a pathological specimen obtained from flow cytometry with determination of the pathological specimen rapidly and precisely. SOLUTION: This pathological specimen determining system is provided for determining a pathological specimen by using software capable of determining the degree of tumor lesion of the pathological specimen while reactivity to the pathological specimen is associated with the degree of tumor lesion with respect to a plurality of tumor markers (preferably, two or more kinds selected from among a group of tumor markers comprising CD45, CD19, CD20, CD3, CD2, CD7, CD5, CD56, immunoglobulinκchain, immunoglobulinλchain, CD10, TCRαβ, CD16, HLA-DR, CD1a, CD4, CD8, CD34, CD33, and CD14).
