PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure necessary torque even if unevenness in voltages is generated when raising voltage of a power source of a motor to shift from a range P, and to prevent the generation of hunting in the feedback control in a device for driving a range selector valve with the motor. SOLUTION: When shifting from the range P, the lower a voltage value is after the predetermined time passes from a start of the operation of a voltage raising circuit, the longer voltage raising time for continuously raising voltage is set to secure the torque to be required when shifting from the range P. Furthermore, when voltage raising time is set longer, a gain in the feedback control is reduced to avoid the generation of hunting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
