PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that fibers conventionally used in brushes have not fulfilled their role by the tips of the fibers because of the smoothness of the surfaces of the fibers, and to provide fibers having uneven a diameter. SOLUTION: The fibers having the uneven diameter increase frictional resistance by providing recessed parts 2 on the surfaces of the fiber 1 and resultantly forming the fiber 1 into protruding parts.
