The invention displays or provides a market calendar in which each one of a plurality of calendar dates that corresponds to a settlement date (104), a market-related event data (110) or a holiday (112) is displayed in a visibly distinct manner from the rest of the calendar dates. The set of market-related events (110) may include, for example, e vents such as national elections, publications of economic forecasts, releases of economic reports, monetary policy annoucements, trade announcements, interest rate announcement, press releases, government hearings, federal open market commitee meetings, financial summit meetings, or any other events related to the market in which the electronic market calendar (100) is applied.</p> |
